Google lowers minimum app pricing in Play Store for 17 countries

Following a successful trial in India earlier this year, Google has lowered the minimum app pricing for an additional 17 countries, effective immediately. The announcement on the Android Developer Blog reasoned the decision to lower pricing, "to better suit local consumers and make content more accessible."
