While the VAIO Phone Biz went on sale back in April, but not in the United States, the mid-ranged handset came with some average specs for it's high ¥59,184 JPY (roughly $530 USD) asking price, up from a guesstimated ¥50,000 (around $450) that the company announced in February.
However, for that money you do get Continuum, just not without problems with the latest Windows 10 Mobile release. The device's key specs include:

VAIO has announced on its company website that it has delayed the rolling out of the Anniversary Update due to a bug with certain screen resolutions not being supported in Continuum, a translation of the specific issue can be seen below.

This issue may of course only affect a certain pool of users on different types of displays, and there's a way around getting on the latest Windows 10 Mobile build if you can't wait. Since the device is now supported in the Windows Device Recovery Tool, users can opt to get Insider Builds and then update to the Release Preview, and roll back if things don't work out.
For everyone else, you'll have to wait until VAIO can come up with a fix for the Continuum problem, but VAIO says they are working closely with Microsoft for a solution, so it's hopefully not too long of a wait.
