Has someone taken apart the Xbox One controller?

Microsoft claims that it has made quite a few changes and improvements to the Xbox One controller compared to the one made for the Xbox 360. A lot of those changes were made inside the gamepad. Now a website claims to have gotten a hold of a Xbox One controller and has torn it down to show what's inside.

The Xbox Skyer site claims that it picked up the controller in the port city of Dongguan, China.  The images, which unfortunately have a ton of words obscuring its details, show the casing of what appears to be a real Xbox One controller, along with the circuit board inside.

While there's not a lot of new information that can be gleaned from these teardown photos, the images do give a clearer idea of how they will be constructed. Microsoft has said previously that they have conducted extensive tests on the gamepads in their labs, including pushing the buttons on each controller a total of two million times; The company claims the controllers will last 10 years or more with regular use.

Of course, while these teardown images look legitimate, they could be faked. We have emailed Microsoft to see if we can get some kind of confirmation if these Xbox One controller photos are the real deal.
