A new report says that Toys For Bob, who suffered major layoffs and ended up breaking away from Activision Blizzard, is getting funding from Microsoft to fund its next game project.

Toys for Bob, which has been part of Activision Blizzard for many years, has announced it has become an independent game developer again, but it may still do some work for Microsoft.
New reports claim that Microsoft's recent layoffs will cause the physical office of Activision development studio Toys for Boy to close, although the team itself will reportedly remain.
The free trial for Activision's Crash Team Rumble team-based action game has all 10 maps from the full version, along with three heroes and two special powers. The free trial ends on August 14.
Activision has announced that Crash Bandicoot 4 is headed to next-generation consoles with a free upgrade, as well as the Nintendo Switch, on March 12. PC users will get the game later this year.
