Last year, Sega and Two Point Studios, the developer behind the hit hospital management title Two Point Hospital, unveiled its next project to be Two Point Campus. Now, this new entry in the Two Point saga has been given a launch date, with it hitting physical and digital shelves on May 17.

Today's announcement also had a surprise for Game Pass members, as the game will be a day one launch on the Xbox and PC Game Pass variants of the Microsoft subscription service.

Two Point Campus keeps the humorous nature of the previous entry while unleashing players into a new environment where they will be building universities and shaping the minds of the students that go there. The courses available aren't the standard bunch though, with additions like Knight School, giant robot building, and Gastronomy spicing up the formula.

The studio has also revamped the building tools, enabling construction of structures, pathways, forests, and decorations across the map instead of being restricted to pre-built areas like in the previous entry.

Two Point Campus is releasing on PC, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and the Nintendo Switch. Pre-orders are available here with a $39.99 price tag, which also grants exclusive in-game items across Two Point Hospital and Campus. As previously said, however, Xbox Game Pass subscribers are gaining the title at no extra cost.
