Remember the dual-screen YotaPhone 2? You can now buy it for just $120

When we reviewed the YotaPhone 2 quite some time ago we found that the phone was great, but dangerously overpriced. Unfortunately Yota, the company behind the YotaPhone, felt that first hand as sales didn't go as expected and closed down their offices and marketing teams around the world. This carried on into a crowdfunding campaign they put together for a US launch that also fell through, and eventually their plans for the YotaPhone 3 have either been scrapped or put on hold.

The YotaPhone 2 was, and mostly still is, a great innovation on the normal smartphone. It has a normal display on the front, but on the rear it had an always-on e-ink display that could do everything from display widgets or mirror Android as a whole. The phone was well-built and looked quite nice, but unfortunately the Russian company didn't do as well as they were hoping.

The phone's specs are somewhat considered outdated now - the phone has the Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 SoC and 2 GB of RAM. Although the YotaPhone 2 is still receiving updates, the OS is still based on Android Lollipop.

Chinese retailers are currently clearing out their stock of the YotaPhone 2 and the phone is selling for as little as $119.99 on GearBest. Applying the YotaPhone-specific "YOTAPGB" coupon brings down the price from $135.99.
